April 22, 1999

The official registration of "Vesta" dates back to April 22, 1999. This date is considered to be the birth of the organization. During 17 years we have been actively working on the building materials market in the region of Caucasian Mineral Waters.

In 2002 the company’s management was able to develop and begin implementing a unique strategy for the further development of the company. The main goal is to expand significantly the range of goods of domestic and foreign factories, including Rockwool, Isover, Katepal and others.

November 22, 2007

The company opened its office in Novorossiysk.

In 2008 the company opened a unique training center. Specialists of the company were able to learn from the experience of leading companies engaged in the production of building materials. The same year was marked by the fact that the company was admitted to the organization of the Union of Architects of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

February 11, 2009

The Stavropol branch of the company was opened.

August 28, 2010

The first Roofers Championship was held. And on June 18, 2011 the second Championship took place.

October 7, 2010

The trademark of the company was officially registered. Its graphic symbol is "krovelka" and the word "VESTA" written by a unique font. Registration successfully passed all necessary instances.

April 7, 2011

The Rostov branch of the organization was opened.

May, 2012

"Swallow" became the mascot of the company.

June 1, 2013

The Rostov branch of the company changed the place of residence, moving to a modern and spacious building.

April 27, 2013

A unique workshop was held. During the seminar the features of the installation Rockpanel material, Rockroof roofing material and a special system Rockfacade were discussed. The workshop was directly produced on the territory of "Vesta".

April 22, 2014

Assembly of major construction projects: Sports Complex in Zelenokumsk, Wellnes Complex on the slopes of Mount Mashuk in Pyatigorsk, the ski resort in Arkhyz. The first deliveries of the façade innovative material Rockpanel in the south of Russia — the building of Olympic Reserve School in Kislovodsk.

2015 — the company took part in the largest exhibition of construction materials YugBild. The exhibition presented HPL panels Sloplast.

Spring — Summer 2015 — training seminars for construction companies and dealers were organized in cooperation with the manufacturers of building materials: Katepal, Delta, Rockwool, GrandLine.
